We accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer. The option of payment upon arrival is only available in Spain (7€ extra surcharge).
Shipments are different depending on the region:
- International: Priority mail with tracking number
- Spain: Express Courier in 24/48 hours (except Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic and Canary Islands)
- Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic and Canary Islands: registered mail
- If payment is done per bank transfer: 4.3€
- For payments on delivery: 7€
- Shipments using certified mail to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands
- 7,90€ shipments within Europe
- 9,90€ shipments to the rest of the world (outside of Europe)
We send international shipments by priority mail, sharing with you the tracking number
Cancellation of orders
Hilos Panda (hereinafter, THE COMPANY) will accept order cancellations when requested before shipment.
To make the cancellation you must request it by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
The return period in our online store is 30 days from receipt of the order, with the original packaging.
To return any item from our online store you must contact email@example.com
THE COMPANY will only accept all returns.
- The shipment must be done by the customer. You can choose the courier company you want or also use the post office. You must give the COMPANY a tracking number and an approximate delivery date.
- In order to facilitate the return process for Clients and to be able to correctly monitor it, THE COMPANY establishes the sole return procedure established by THE COMPANY. If the reason for the return is attributable to THE COMPANY (the product is defective, it has arrived broken, it is not the one the Customer had ordered, etc.…), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is another (the products were served correctly but they are not to the liking of the Client), the cost of the return costs will be borne by the Client.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:
- Inform before 30 calendar days from receipt that the product wants to be returned. The information can be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- THE COMPANY will inform the customer of the address to which the product must be sent.
- The Client must send it through a courier company of their choice. The return must be paid by the Customer.
- Inform about the courier company that will be used.
Minimum purchase age
Requirements to use the service:
Only people 18 years of age or older can create accounts. Accounts for persons under the age of 18 can be created by the father, mother or legal guardian. Minors under 18 must read this Agreement with their father, mother or legal guardian to ensure that both the minor and her legal representative have understood its content.
